Customers tend to prefer software that is localized in their mother tongue, particularly in the GCC countries. Simply translating user interfaces from one language to another is not what software localization is all about. Localization should build on client past expertise and should take into consideration the particular requirements of target language. Since Arabic is a right to left language, source text will need to be pre-processed in order to appeal to the target audience.
